What we do Email to a friendPrint this page
At The Patterson Group, we provide a single point of management for the planning and creation of new working environments.

There are three core aspects of our service:

1. Analysis and planning.
We analyse our client's workspace requirements and determine whether a new workspace or a restructuring of their existing workspace is the most effective solution for their needs. We then plan a way forward given the conditions and requirements of the project.

2. Design.
We produce an effective space plan for the new or refurbished premises, followed by a number of concepts for the client's approval. We then produce final designs and prepare complete documentation for the construction of the project.

3. Construction.
We construct and commission the new facility, handing over a fully functional working environment.

As part of our complete service, we provide technical advice on building selection, furniture and storage solutions, and prepare redundant premises for handover.

Our projects range in size from a couple of hundred up to many thousands of square metres in area. Typically, these projects are offices. However, we also have a strong track record in data centre and call centre facilities.

Our high level of in-house technical expertise means that we can handle even technically challenging or high-security projects comfortably.

First and foremost, we see ourselves as providers of a high-value service. This philosophy recognises that our clients have definite budgets and deadlines. We take these responsibilities seriously, and approach them with creativity and professionalism.
