To prepare a specific program for your project, we'll require the following information:

1.Your name, position and contact details.

2.Details of your lease, specifically the expiry date and what's required by you for the satisfactory handover of your existing premises.

3.Information on the nature of your business (i.e. what sector are you in and how many staff do you have?).

4.The nature of the project you wish to undertake (i.e. will you need to take additional space, downsize, or reconfigure to fit more people in?).

5.An indication of the size of the new space under consideration, if available.

6.Your company's current address and the proposed location for your new premises, if applicable.

7.Any special technical requirements, such as call centres, computer facilities, laboratories, etc.
