The Patterson group was founded in 1996 by Mr Ashley Patterson. An engineer by training Ashley spent a number of years working in technology, specifically manufacturing and the oil industry, followed by 7 years in the financial services industry in the Middle East and Asia.

Ashley credits the success of The Patterson Group to the combination of engineering and commercial experience. A details person he acknowledges that the devil is in the detail when it comes to property and construction projects, particularly when dealing with definite timelines and budgets.

Ashley is involved in the day to day operations of the company and is personally involved in some of the more technically challenging and complex projects.
