We assist you to manage the entire relocation or change process within your organisation and, with our specialist experience in information technology workplaces, we can facilitate the entire information technology relocation process.

We can show you exactly how your workspace will look within the building of your choice. Using this as a guide, we can help you refine your workspace layout for greatest effectiveness.

Concept design

Using advanced 3D technology, our design team will provide you with detailed concepts to establish the desired look and feel of your new work place.

Interior design

From the brief and your feedback on the concepts, our design team will produce a complete plan for your new workspace. Utilising the experience of our expert team of interior designers, architects and engineers, we'll create a workplace that is as functional as it is attractive.

Documentation and specification

As part of our service, we produce and submit all of the documentation and schedules necessary for the approval and construction of your new workspace exactly as planned.

Construction

Rather than simply passing the construction process over to a head contractor, we coordinate and manage the entire project, including all modifications to services such as power, air-conditioning and fire suppression. This saves additional contractor's fees.

Project management

With our highly-experienced team of professionals, which includes interior designers, architects, engineers and information technology specialists, we oversee every aspect of a project to ensure that it is completed on time and within budget.

Furniture inventories

If you choose, our furniture inventory team can perform a detailed inventory of your existing furniture to help plan for your new workspace and help you determine any possible avenues for reduced cost and increased efficiency.

Call centre and data centre specification

The Patterson Group has one of the highest levels of in-house technical expertise in the industry, which gives us the ability to effectively design and manage the most technically complex workspace projects.

Furniture specification and supply

As a substantial buyer of furniture and fittings, we are able to negotiate very competitive prices on behalf of our clients. For the same reason, our designers are often able to gain access to products that aren't available to other buyers.

Engineering services — design and management

Our specialist engineering team, can save you thousands in external consultants fees. Our services include the design and roll out of the latest structured cabling systems.

Relocation management

Our experience in workplace relocations can make this part of the process as smooth and efficient as possible. The TPG team will manage the entire process for you; from packing to final clean up.

Asset disposal and final preparation of premises

As part of our complete service, we can coordinate the sale or disposal of redundant furniture and prepare your old premises for hand over. Our service will ensure you comply with the requirements of your old lease as cost efficiently as possible.
